Bieber has 25 million followers on Twitter in 2012, was ecstatic to view the video for the song by Madison. Within a few weeks, she was a worldwide celebrity. Justin signed her up for an album with Island Records - the same company that Justin has signed to. Scooter Braun, Justin's present manager, has been managing the singer since in her teens.
